We are interested in writing a mobile app that can be used to make quick room reservations in the notes RnR system. We decided to exploit the iCalendar support and have been struggling to land on the correct iCalendar content to get this to work correctly. Below is example iCalendar code that ALMOST works when mailed in (as mime type text/calendar):

When mailed in to the internet address of the test room, RnRMgr DOES process this (instead of just flushing) but the reservation is instantly declined with the following error:

"Unable to add the reservation into busytime. See console log for more details.
The room is unavailable at this time."

No email is returned to the sender (standard decline workflow).

We believe that our date/time formats are correct and fall within the specified availability of the room. Curiously, if we intentionally send in the same iCalendar request with the date/times OUTSIDE of our room availability, we DO get the standard decline with the normal workflow email response to the sender.

The Notes log doesn't show much (not verbose):

12/20/2012 07:22:04 AM Router: Message 0043F015, 0043F081 delivered to Test Room 1/IDSTEST

but sometimes:
12/19/2012 03:10:57 PM Router: Error autoprocessing message 006EDDF2 to Test Room 1/IDSTEST: Note item not found
